Introduced a system script to correctly update Junior High School (JHS) year-long enrollments to the appropriate current term. This helps keep enrollment records accurate across terms.
Year Rollover Accuracy
Resolved an issue where irregular students could be incorrectly promoted during the academic year rollover process.
Clearer Enrollment Labels
Updated the header label on the Admin portal’s student enrollment history and assessments from “Year / Term of Study” to “Enrollment Year / Term” for better clarity.
JHS Rollover Behavior Enhancements
When the JHS term enrollment setting is enabled:
JHS students are now included during term rollovers
JHS students are no longer incorrectly marked as irregular during term rollovers
During year rollover, JHS students are promoted only if they have enrollments in both Term 1 and Term 2 of the current academic year
These changes ensure rollover behavior more closely reflects actual enrollment status.
