Introduced enhanced management for form signatories to give schools more flexibility and control:
Added new fields for form type, signatory type, and display preferences.
Option to display a signatory’s position after their name on printed forms.
Applied new signatory settings to SF9, SF10, and Enrollment forms.
Form type, signatory type, and display options are now visible on the index page for easy review.

Updated SF10–SHS subject arrangement for clearer order and consistency:
Now sorted by academic year, term, subject category, ordinality, and subject name.
Replaced the text placeholders in SF10 (Elementary and JHS) with the school’s actual division name to ensure accuracy on certifications.
